Snacks arrived fast
Got a snack box with Manimoto and Bon Bon Bum. It came pretty quick, like three days. Everything was fresh and tasted great. No problems at all, would order again.
Good coffee, took a bit long
I ordered a bag of their dark roast coffee and some Chocoramo. The website was easy enough to navigate. It shipped from the US and took 5 days to reach Denver, which was okay but not super fast. Everything arrived well packaged and fresh. The coffee was really good and the Chocoramo tasted just like home. I had a quick question about tracking and customer support got back to me in a few hours. Overall a solid experience, though maybe a slightly faster shipping option would be nice for future orders.
Ordered coffee and sweets
I bought some whole bean coffee and a pack of Achiras de Huila. The coffee was okay, not the best I've had but decent for the price. The Achiras were fresh, which was a plus. Shipping was kind of slow, took almost a week to get here. Their site said 3-5 days, so it was a little past that. Packaging was good, nothing was squished. I probably wouldn't rush to order again if I needed something quick, but if you're not in a hurry, it's fine. Customer service never had to be contacted, so can't speak to that.
